• You have one specific issue you are looking to get clarity on and take action.
• This is the first in a number of session where we get an overview of what is happening in your life, work out an action plan, and assess immediate support required

This session lasts 1hr 30 mins and will give you a clear sense of what actions are required to move forward. 

You will receive a confirmation email after payment has been completed and this will include a link to choose the date and time of your session.
