Hello, I’m Margot Fox and yes, “Fox” is my real surname. Handy, right? Because life has often felt like a wilderness, and I’ve become pretty skilled at navigating it with curiosity, compassion, and the occasional sarcastic remark.

Some say The Fox of Life sounds like The Facts of Life. And honestly, that works for me because what I offer is a no-nonsense, emotionally intelligent, occasionally hilarious guide to being human when everything feels a little upside down.

For years, I’ve helped leaders and organisations master the “soft skills” that are actually the hard ones: emotional regulation, stress, resilience, and not biting someone’s head off in a meeting.

My heart work is working with women.

Particularly the smart, capable ones who feel like they’re coming a little undone in midlife.
