Hi, I’m Margot.

Midlife Woman, Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, Author and Performer of the One Woman Show 'How to be Human', A Comic Guide to Inner Peace.

I’ve been where you are: emotionally tired, mind racing, and feeling like life was slipping through my fingers while I kept doing everything for everyone else.

At 57, I stood on stage performing a dream I’d buried since my twenties — and it wasn’t because life got easier. It was because I stopped waiting for permission.
